JUST IN: Brentwood Police say 'Reacher' star Alan Ritchson acted in self-defense, say no charges will be filed. The development comes as new footage appears to show Ritchson's neighbor blocking the road while he was on his motorcycle. "After reviewing available evidence, including video footage and witness statements, authorities determined that no criminal charges will be pursued," said the Brentwood Police Department. "Mr. Ritchson’s actions were found to be in self-defense." "Although a potential reckless endangerment charge was considered, Mr. Ritchson declined to pursue charges." The case has been closed.

Andrew Kolvet explains to Dave Rubin that the "abhorrent, diabolical, and unprecedented" attacks on Erika Kirk are "demons shrieking in terror for realizing they had screwed up." Just about every person of good faith who appreciated Charlie Kirk felt for Erika, and was rooting for her and TPUSA in the immediate aftermath of the assassination. Some fringe bad actors did not. However, in media appearance after media appearance Erika Kirk and others at TPUSA, including Blake Neff, Andrew Kolvet, Mikey McCoy, and others lied about details that happened leading up to, the day of, and after Charlie being killed. This has caused people to doubt, question, and lose trust in those individuals and the organization at large. Yes, Charlie's death did shine a light on something abhorrent and diabolical. Andrew Kolvet himself contributed to it, and Candace Owens, Megyn Kelly, and Tucker Carlson have been slandered and threatened for daring to bring it up... that is the treatment that Charlie Kirk was receiving from his Zionist donors. They pulled their money, told him that God was going to smite him, called him an antisemite, and labeled him an extremist. The "demons" that I see shrieking are those who were making Charlie's life a living hell in it's last months. Dave Rubin was one of them. What's even worse, and something I cannot understand, is why Erika and those at TPUSA have just continued on with these people. No cutting donors who harrassed him, no firing those who failed to protect him, just Zionist business as usual... They are now even using Charlie to push certain agendas he fought against while he was alive. They claim to be carrying on his legacy, but many see them as trying to hijack or rewrite it. They then turn around and say anyone questioning this or "attacking" Erika for doing so is evil.

My issue is, we're seeing so many people let out of jail or having thier charges dismissed a dozen times over, only to watch them murder somebody within days of their most recent release. And so while I feel that 25 years might be harsh for a "convenience story robbery" I also don't know what his previous record was. My point is, why was he given 25 years, but the illegal aliens who murder young American girls get to walk???

Addressing today’s lie from the Candy Cult. Club America was Charlie’s brainchild and was announced in July of 2025 before his death. Erika is moving forward and carrying out his plan to expand into high schools across the country. This venture has been successful up until this point. The candy cult is desperate to make this expansion appear as a failure. And are intentionally blending Club America with TPUSA college chapters. Does anyone else get asked to sign things at the doctor's office that aren't true? This is the second time. J is getting allergy shots, and the nurse says "I need you to sign this." I read it, and it says "I confirm we are leaving the premises despite being advised against doing so." I say "but we aren't leaving. You just told me we should wait here for 20 minutes, and we are." At the pediatrician: "we need you to sign this Good Faith Estimate. " Me: "I don't see the Estimate." Receptionist: "That is the Good Faith Estimate" Me: "... there is no number. If I sign this, you can charge whatever you want and I have to pay it. That seems contradictory to the purpose of GFE" Receptionist, now annoyed because how dare I read: "do what you want but they won't treat her if you don't sign and you'll pay a cancelation fee" How is this legal?

@CherokeeOwl No, they should not automatically add the tip. I am also sick and tiered of business charging credit card fees. They can write that off of their taxes, I can not.

People are divided on this. A restaurant automatically added a 25% tip to every dinner bill. The owner says it guarantees fair pay for servers. Some customers say tipping should always be optional. Should restaurants be allowed to add automatic tips?

Dear Friends, Followers and Subscribers, our dear Americans, Seeing as one and all are reminiscing about Charlie Kirk today in light of the Iran war, I thought I would make something that happened crystal clear. Minds are for changing, and when the facts change we change our minds. We had dinner with Charlie Kirk in London last May 2025, and when Charlie I walked privately after dinner in Hyde Park, Charlie told me then that in his view Bibi Netanyahu was a psychopath and that the actions taken by his government in Gaza were psychopathic. We already knew that, so it was no shock to me, but it was good to see that his evaluation and capacity to observe the obvious was present and sane. Charlie had completely changed his mind and his position on Israel from when I first met him in Dec 2018, and in May 2025 he did not support their actions in Gaza or many of the actions of their government, particularly their growing destructive influence in America. Previously he had been one of Israel’s biggest champions, so this was indeed a complete change. We had witnessed his support of Israel previously as we had visited Israel with him in spring 2019 when he had held almost completely the opposite view. Charlie was also totally against any military engagement with Iran by America. And he told me in London that he had written a few days previously to Israeli leadership to express his disappointment. Erika, Charlie’s wife, shortly afterward on June 17th and 18th, communicated to us that she suported Charlie completely concerning his view of the insanity of involving the US in a war with Iran and the importance his attempts to achieve a peaceful resolution. And she communicated that directly to us in writing. She also, and most importantly, indicated that she did not agree with how biblical scripture was being used and was being twisted by pastors and politicians to justify their support of military action. This discussion is historically important in the light of discussions about dispensationalism* (see definition below) and how the Bible is being interpreted today by many politicians and military leaders to justify the current war. She stated very clearly that “the pastors” in Charlie’s orbit were “hungry for war.” That was her worry at that time, and Erika was VERY disturbed by it. Charlie was not alone in his views. Many feel the same way today. The elderly in America and the boomer generation seem to be somewhat unconscious on the subject of harmful Israeli government action and how it affects the entire future of America and the world. Charlie’s view was that most of the youth of today will never forgive Israel for the needless slaughter of innocent children in Gaza, and he suspected that they would not forgive Trump for a future war with Iran either. Charlie did his best to warn President Trump about this and what voters and the Trump base were telling him on June 18 last year. He did this knowingly at great personal risk to his personal relationship and friendship with the President. Today, the youth of the world and young voters in America, on the whole, have recognised that Trump’s actions in Iran are insane and that they have been encouraged by psychopaths. I personally believe that there is a possibility that Charlie was executed for his efforts to prevent the Iran war. This is my opinion. This matter and Charlie’s execution should be completely investigated. If an American citizen was executed by a foreign power for expressing their opinion, then we should be aware of that. I am not alone in that thought either. Charlie was one of my best friends; we communicated directly (often daily) since April 2018. We achieved a tremendous amount together. @AkSonya10 @Dkarbowitz @dom_lucre Yeah, it says in the book of Revelation exactly what’s going on. Revelations 2:9 and 3:9 say who the adversary is. The ones who called themselves Jews, but are not. I’m not antisemitic by any means. I love all of God’s children, even though some are harder to love than others.
