Since I was dealing with payments, I didn’t want to rely on AI, so I followed the documentation strictly. Everything looked correct, yet I kept getting 401 and 403 errors. Eventually, I asked Claude and ChatGPT. Both said my setup was correct. I posted in developer groups, spoke to senior developers and even had a call with one. Everyone suggested things I had already tried. Still, 401 and 403. I finally contacted @FlwSupport, and they connected me with someone from their technical support team. This was three years ago. I had an HP laptop with 8GB RAM that could barely survive what I was doing, so it kept hanging throughout the call. That support engineer was incredibly patient with me. God bless him wherever he is. After almost two hours, we still couldn’t find the problem. We were about to end the call when he asked: “Since you’re in test mode, are you sure you’re using the test secret key and not the live key?” We checked. I had done everything correctly, except I was using the live key in test mode. Two weeks of debugging, several senior developers and a two-hour support call because of one wrong key.
