@IRCTCofficial @IRCTCofficial As per your own rule, clerkage charge is ₹60 + GST per passenger so for 2 it should be around ₹120 + GST, not ₹240. Please explain how ₹240 was deducted for RLWL. Also, the link you shared shows Page Not Found. Kindly share a valid link for refund rules.
