Italy and Spain are very hot right now.
- Tuscany, Umbria, Puglia, Lombardy and Liguria in Italy
- Valencia, Alicante, Marbella and the Barcelona area in Spain
Portugal is there too, generally pricier on entry. France from what I'm seeing is mostly Côte d'Azur and Provence.
Where are you looking? Or somewhere else entirely?
Whichever country gets the most replies, I'll focus on it this week and share properties, insights etc.

@kevvwill We need better depth in key positions
So that we remain fresh in March, April and May
English

@kevvwill Looks much sharper than he did last season
Happy to see him back and enjoying football
Losing him in Xavi's last season was a big loss
Definitely would have got more points in the league
English

@kevvwill Kevin, it's a Spanish referee in VAR
Who would have thunk?
Horrible call
Body to arm is never a penalty in those situations
English

@muhammadbutt And they have pace across their back four, something that we massively lack
Also, defenders who make better decisions in isolation
English

@kevvwill Looking at the quality and intensity of the match... I think we would have had a tough time playing these teams
With all the injuries that we have
No Bernal, Raphinha, Lamine, half fit Frenkie, misfiring Lewa, a defense that lacks pace
We were on the right side of the draw
English

@OliverOfLife @RobyPoto Go look at Messi's goal against AC Milan in the UCL or the Bilbao CDR final
And watch Lamine's goal against Monaco in the UCL last season
And the Atletco CDR where we got knocked out under Xavi
That's what I'm talking about
The half space shots
He develops these shots, we win
English

They thought I was lying.
You simply don’t beat Lamine over the course of 38 games, in a tie of 2 games you might have the Fortuna Goddess on your side, but when consistency prevailes, you cannot outdo the do-er.
Lamine is simply better and more consistent than any other player in the world.
Roby@RobyPoto
La Liga is and will be Lamine’s league, Mbappe picked it bad.
English

@k_t004 @NealGardner_ But falling short in the UCL ain't on the management, since it's ATM
Rotations or not, we had the chances to bury it
The defensive breakdown is another thing he has to solve
We need pacy defenders across the back four
We don't concede the goal in the 2nd leg with quick pace
English

@AkshayShanb @NealGardner_ We did but it ain’t his fault, we have to buy a couple players or we’ll always fall short and thats on Laporta and Deco
English

It’s not even remotely debatable, absolutely. Yes, we have some incredible talent, but go back to the state of this squad when Flick came in.
The backline was beyond dire. Gavi was out long term. Frenkie & Raphinha were complete outcasts. Lewy looked done. He relied on Casado and Pedri as his ONLY midfielders for half a season.
If we are where we are, it’s largely because of Flick. He’s maximised this squad well beyond any manager in football could.
Ivar@IvarTalksBarca
Do you think Barca have over performed under Hansi Flick?
English

@muhammadbutt Sometimes a loan to Linares isn't as bad as it seems
English

if Fermin had a lick more pace he’d be one of the best forwards in the world.
goalscorer instincts and finishing technique FOR DAYS. wouldn’t be surprised if Flick uses him more as a winger next season.
Sam@thatsam009_
I’m afraid of what Fermin Lopez is becoming
English

@totalBarca That background with those cunts makes it special
English

@Rayanwaves That FCB statement on his World Cup availability was sceptical
Especially, with the conservative therapy
English

A team with Lamine and Pedri as underdogs is so perfect for the plot
Kalshi FC@KalshiFC
BREAKING: France overtakes Spain as World Cup favorites
English

@totalBarca You need to pick up or leave for 30mil
I think the latter makes sense
English

@Pxxdwskiii No he doesn't make the passes as Kane does
This is as few as it gets
Kane's link up is much better
Kane has proven it game in, game out
Lewa's first touch is abysmal
Often hampers our attack
Not saying Lewa is awful but he is an old school CF
Or his time was probably better
English

I’ve always said this, his passing ability is so slept on. Some of the assists he has produced in his career are just top.
I always find it funny how people say he can’t make passes like Kane does.

English

@lezico8 I wouldn't say we over performed
I'd say Hansi did well with the squad
Winning the league in double digits is amazing
But both the cup KOs still hurt, considering we were the better team overall
Alas, that's football!
You have to take your chances and concede the least
English

1000%. 5 trophies in 2 seasons with a shoestring budget relative to our competitors. Let’s not forget the predictions people were making for Spanish football when Mbappe signed for Madrid
Ivar@IvarTalksBarca
Do you think Barca have over performed under Hansi Flick?
English

@kanbaruspaw @kevvwill Not convinced with Gittens
Considering the season we had with Raphinha injured
Wouldn't have wanted a development player in important games
Rashford is an amazing bench option but on lower wages
But would still prefer someone else if they're available at the right price
English

@AkshayShanb @kevvwill we did poor business by getting him chelsea signed gittens and he only occupies like 11 million ffp space which is literally rashford salary we covered
English

@WendyKGrant @kevvwill Look at the effort Fermin puts in to track back and compare that to Rashford
Fermin isn't a natural LW
And still starts ahead of him, that should tell you enough
He's a good player but there's so much more to just scoring in our system
Also, he misses too many chances
English

@AkshayShanb @kevvwill I'm curious. What's the right attitude? Because the manager, who works with him, praises his attitude every chance he gets. So I'm curious to hear the opinion of folks who only see him for two hours and know more than the manager.
