Earlier today, I stopped by to inspect the ongoing artwork project being executed by talented artists and creatives from across Ondo State in collaboration with my office at the Ondo State Signage and Advertisement Agency. In a remarkable show of unity and patriotism, this vibrant group of creatives has voluntarily undertaken the task of painting all democratic Governors of Ondo State since its creation, in commemoration of the State’s 50th Anniversary. It is a powerful artistic tribute to our shared history and democratic journey. This collaboration is in line with the vision of Governor Lucky Orimisan Aiyedatiwa to continue supporting and empowering creatives across the state by providing them with platforms to express themselves, tell our stories, and contribute meaningfully to our cultural and historical identity. Art preserves memory. Art inspires pride. And art strengthens legacy. Ondo at 50 is not just a celebration of years, but a celebration of impact, resilience, and identity.
