I talk a lot about relationships and their value in your path to “success” Many people end up asking me, well how do I find people like that to push me forward? There was a transition period in my life where I didn’t have anyone, I didn’t identify with the old friends that just wanted to live the same life and I didn’t yet have friends that wanted to push life to the limit People won’t (usually) just pop into your life, to meet quality people you need to put in the effort I started hanging out in places I thought my ideal relationships would be, alone. In the beginning at least I was alone All my friends and family would travel to the holiday inn at the beach nearby, and I would go to the four seasons in Miami by myself I bought an exotic car an started to attend exotic car rallies and meetups around me I started flying to NFT and Crypto conventions around the world Let me tell you, I could NOT afford most of this. At least according to the “normal standards” but I’ve always seen it as an investment in my network Years later, in these same environments I’ve met incredible people that are a daily part of my life today, we travel together we hang out together and we are real friends We invest in the same opportunities and share deal flow, within crypto we split WL and pre-sale allocations Within IRL we build business together and make introductions to our connections creating more value to all Maybe your goal in life is to chill and skateboard or make art, music, whatever it is the idea applies regardless You might have to abandon your old environment (and friends) if you want to grow into your ideal circle, just remember you need to put in the effort and it takes time Out of everything I’ve done in my life, the truly hard working endless hours, studying and learning, within all of that I still attribute 90%+ of any success I’ve had to the people in my life If you’re reading this, most likely you know who you are and I thank you deeply. And if you’re someone that finds yourself within the wrong circle, start thinking about where the ideal relationships you want would be Then go there, and leave the past behind
