@nadimfarhat @s8mb This. All I read by his post is that he can't focus through basic distractions and has poor work ethic unless someone is holding him accountable. Definitely not getting a 2nd interview with me. I need folks that can do their own work without a hand holding.

@s8mb No please don’t frame it like that , we don’t work at home to seeing our families , you got it completely wrong . We work at home and we focus only at work so we can get back the two hours of commuting . We don’t see our family , we don’t do other stuff while working at home

I’m not a “work from home” guy by any means. But I’ve done it a bit lately and it’s certainly nice to see my family during the day. I can see why it’s so popular. But, and it’s a big but, my productivity is unquestionably lower. There’s just no substitute for the office.

Doesn't work well under pressure, and also can't maintain focus with normalized everyday distractions... *Definitely not getting the 2nd interview.

My neighbor keeps her camera pointed straight at my back door. The camera is active. It swivels, so it is pointed in different directions throughout the day. 90% of the time it's pointed straight at my back door. She lives alone and usually has comments about what I'm doing around my house. It feels like every time i go out back i have this camera straight on me, then i notice the little blue motion light will activate. What's the best way to deal with this? Lattice? Plants?

@RealPostFolder You can literally join the Army at 17 now and be halfway to retirement at 27 with a primary residence and a rental home and easily support a wife and 3 kids. You just can’t do drugs or get a face tattoo and you have to wake up early and workout 😭
