Hurts' contract was signed 2 years before Purdy's and will run out 2 years sooner. Comparing first 3 seasons, Purdy is better passer, Hurts the better runner.

It’s actually insane how Bouchard hasn’t made a single egregious giveaway in MONTHS while Makar has gone full pizza mode and made several within the past week. Bouch is a strong PKer too, he’s better defensively than Makar & every analytical model says so

18 years ago tonight: In a classic example of FAFO, the Indians, up 3 games to 1 in the 2007 ALCS, tried to get in Josh Beckett's head by having an ex-GF sing the National Anthem. He responded by pantsing them on national TV, striking out 11 and giving up one run through 8.
