At 29 years old I experienced one of the low points in my career so far…

The initial fortnight of uncertainty was horrendous and took a serious toll on me.
So back to Dwight’s plight… I can see how devastating it must be to a couple in their 20s to have a career move collapse at the twelfth hour snd be stuck getting by on £77k per week…
But it’s not football that doesn’t consider your mental health… it’s life and business in general. All facets of professional life are riddled with bad actors who are too cowardly to stand up and be seen while they toy with your life…
But one thing I’ve since learned is that pound notes do, in fact, absorb tears pretty well 🤷♂️

A fantastic second half showing by the Linnets turned the game on it's head. McGee equalised early in the second half, then set up Miller who put the Linnets ahead. A late diving header by Graham secured the points for the Linnets in what was a crucial game. We finish the evening in 2nd spot with the summit now in touching distance as today's opponents now sit just 3 points clear.
We are back in action again on Saturday as we welcome @TheDabbers for another big game here.
