You seem to have missed the July 2024 ICJ opinion, confirmed by the UNGA in September, asserting that the OPTs are under illegal occupation, racial segregation, and a lot of other damning condemnations. The OPTs are occupied, and you can’t avail yourself of Art. 23 in defense against the Palestinian people, under occupation, whether they are recognized as a High Contracting State, or not. You also seem to be ignoring the ongoing ICJ proceedings regarding Israel’s obligations towards UN bodies, including UNRWA, and its consistent breach of the Convention on Privileges and Immunities, to deliberately hinder the entry of humanitarian aid in Gaza (it’s also a violation of the ICJ orders in the genocide case). Rest assured, we should have another damning ICJ Opinion on the matter and a confirmation by the UN within the next couple of months. You can try to spin it as you wish, the record and evidence is stacking up against Israel so bad, there is no valid legal defense that you have at this point to maintain these horrors, atrocity crimes and deliberate starvation of babies.
