Has anyone non-coeliac had good results from going gluten-free? I'm trialling it, and wondering if I'm wasting my time/cash! It's also the subject of next week's fitness feature

@DeeBeeCW @SimonBeldon Made a big difference to myself and many others I have worked with. I have tested on number of occasions,have zero intolerance to gluten.. in real life it makes a lot of difference. Water retention, bloated, then there’s the gluey output… So go GF unless it’s really worth it.
