It’s great having days off but having to come in and wait in for your supplier deliveries all day because they don’t arrive till after lunch when you are open , does my head in especially when they have cut off order times.

Over the 3 days of Christmas (Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and Boxing Day) I worked 38 hours and still managed to run 24K (10K, 5K, 9K) Make no excuses to get out there and get it done!!!

Paul Kitching was kind, clever, hugely talented and infectiously enthusiastic. He was also a true maverick and his passion and creativity were evident in every dish he created. Our heartfelt sympathies go to Katie and all his family.
