@waitrose the quality of your fruit and veg is appalling. Red grapes bought on Saturday from your Barnet branch are full of rotten grapes. 🍇 Ever decreasing size too. Your mixed peppers 🫑 are so small now, you can get a fourth one in the packet. But the prices are increasing 🤷♀️

Anyone out there know how to get @British_Airways to respond to a complaint? Chased 5 times, never respond, no updates. Only we are extremely busy. That’s because your service is appalling 🤷♀️

@British_Airways Unfortunately you are busy because of bad service. The fact that you have to email
to get an update, but you never reply with an update. I have no idea what is going on and nearly 3 months have passed. Not even an acknowledgment sums up BA.

@British_Airways I have now sent a chase email 5 times for a complaint for a cancelled flight at the beginning of July. Not had one reply. I feel that you just want people to give up. #britishairways #poorservice

Oh the irony. You put in your complaint @British_Airways to be told they are very busy and it will take a while to come back. If you did things right there wouldn’t be so many complaints. 🤷♀️

Finally made it to NYC. After receiving an email 8 hours before our flight to say it was cancelled. Thank you @British_Airways. If I had been asleep I wouldn’t have seen it. Lost most of our first day of a 4 day trip travelling after catching a flight 8 hours after the booked one
