Earlier, Democrats in Congress wrote the FCC and called on it to investigate the news activities of a conservative broadcaster, including under the FCC’s news distortion policy. Democrats also called on the FCC to block the sale of a radio station in Florida on the grounds that they thought the buyer was conservative, stating “To win in 2022, this must stop!” The sale didn’t go through. The list goes on and on and I have no doubt that it will go on and on again at some point in the future. Remind me - which one of these Democrat actions did you consider weaponization and push back on ?

🇺🇸 🇮🇷 The "No Kings" protests are back and the irony is unbearable... Millions are expected to hit the streets Saturday to protest Trump and the Iran war. Sounds principled until you realize the same crowds will probably be waving pride flags in solidarity with a country where being gay gets you executed. Iran hangs people for homosexuality. It imprisons women for showing their hair. The IRGC shoots protesters in the streets. But sure, chant "No Kings" while vandalizing a Starbucks in San Francisco and throwing bottles at cops in DC. That'll really help the Iranian people. There are legitimate reasons to oppose this war. The cost, the strategy, the lack of congressional authorization. But turning an anti-war movement into another grab bag of every progressive grievance under the sun while claiming solidarity with a theocracy that would imprison half the protesters on sight isn't activism, it's silly.
