Recently i had to go to the hospital 💔🏳️‍⚧️ The nurse looked at my file and she called me “sir.” My ID says female, my documents are changed, and I’ve gone through female transition-related surgeries - but hearing that still hurt more than I expected 🥺 Then the doctor walked in “Good morning, ma’am.” ☺️ He looked at the nurse and calmly said: “In this hospital, every patient deserves respect. We’re here for health care, not to judge anyone’s gender.” It got so quiet after I almost cried, not because of being misgendered, but because someone chose to stand up for me when I felt small ❤️‍🩹 That moment reminded me that kindness still exists to trans women as me ! 🥹💕
