JJ took our electrification from 15% to 45%, Kuffour in 8years took it from 45% to 66%! Every prez constructs roads. Kuffour in 8years; Free Education, NHIS, Free maternal etc

As recent as Akuffo Addo's tenure what didn't we see? But did that mean the constitution didn't guarantee freedom of speech? No!!!
