@nadinelindsey_ I went farthest duration I could choose - January 2028. 20$ strike. For $1.55 today. I figure the big companies like Touramline, you might get a 2x if it runs really good. 2x is ... meh, but the option, could do 20x.

$PROP Napkin math... Best case scenario valuation: Hudson Bay "plays ball" by agreeing to "Scenario A" Step-In-Rights ---> loaning $PROP $158M to buyout the toxic $158M/$1.15 conversion pref due 3/26 in the form of Sr. Secured Debt that is pari-passu to the existing RBL facility. Shitty quality comps (seen below) trade 3-4.5x EBITDA. $PROP exited 2025 @ $260M EBITDA. Net out the $417M RBL drawn at 9/30 & insert new $158M Hudson Bay Sr. Debt. Fair value purely on fundamentals alone would justify ~$3.50 up to $10.....

$PROP 🚨read the prospectus. The Senior step-in rights. Triggered w/ stock < $2/share. Hudson Bay can come in here and loan $PROP Sr. Debt w/ assets collateralized to wipe the pref. Does Hudson Bay play ball? Read Part A. Hudson can agree to amend the RBL facility and get pari-debt collaterialized by the same assets as the RBL. Why? to get senior in the cap stack. Stock absolutely rips higher if this happens.
