Do you agree that the UCP leadership has experienced uncertainty in public conversations about independence? Is it possible this hesitation stems from an old 'federalist' mindset that hasn't yet caught up to the reality of the grassroots movement?

That is defamatory. I wasn’t involved with any voters lists. I made one post on X after being told it was a social networking project. Nothing more. I didn’t download the App, I didn’t access any lists. I do not believe for a second that any of our canvassers were party to “forging signatures”. All of our signature sheets were serial numbered and registered to each individual canvasser by their ID number. Each canvasser had a unique file folder with their ID number on it with their signature sheets sorted by badge number. I’m am putting you and all others on notice that I will be filing defamation claims in the events that any such further allegations are made. It would have been the height of stupidity for any individual canvasser to engage in any fraud by not reviewing the ID of any signer. These signatures can be verified and individual canvassers could easily be investigated for fraud.

We could afford to double seniors pensions in a free and independent Alberta.

Would anyone care to comment how or why; 1. A private citizen is getting political and legal opinions directly from the Supreme Court of Canada without a case? 2. A SCOC justice is allegedly communicating with a proponent of a provincial petition and thus confirming a future conflict of interest on constitutional matters relating to Alberta? 3. A petition proponent alleges all signatures were valid after Elections Alberta publicly stated only 404,293 were valid, not the 446,365 that he claimed? If Justice Brown is in Lukaszuk’s back pocket with speed dial, then Canada has no justice system. The system is broken.

@stayfreealberta the full picture is, UCP memberships alone won't help. You must pay for and attend the AGM somewhere in Alberta, to vote for the board and leader. Full truths are important.
