Customer service matters. @Delta & @airfrance cancelled my flight out of CDG last night because crew over hours. Delta didn't auto-rebook me. I'm stuck in Paris, out of pocket for hotels & different flight home. @Chase SR no help either. Will be canceling both when back in USA.

Let’s say you have a 1 bedroom 450 sq ft apartment. The bedroom is 150 sq ft, leaving you 300 sq ft to host ~21 people. That’s a party! A good party *should* feel a little crowded. Try having a party in a gymnasium with those 21 people, it'd be awkward as hell.

Over the next decade, designers will become engineers and engineers will become designers. It was a weird 20th century aberration that these became distinct fields of practice in the first place. That will be over soon.

@kaseyklimes @gordonbrander Aspen if you’ve got $3-5mil for a studio. Come visit my area of Denver sometime. I’ve been surprised. Only drive like once a week, even during winter (to the ski hill). It’s not euro or NYC but a lot better than I was dreading.
