@Beervana at @wolvesandpeople we debuted Honeycone Hazy Farmhouse IPA in '18, a best-seller, and chameleon. It employs our pure well water, domestic 2-row, generous late hops, mixed culture Belgian+US yeasts + lbs of raw honey (off the farm when we can) to lighten mouthfeel/add aromatics.

I used to be constantly disappointed by the human race, but Twitter has helped me lower my expectations.

THREAD. Today I am pleased to announce the formation of the Michael Jackson Foundation for Brewing and Distilling (MJF). The MJF will fund scholarship awards to predominantly people of color within the brewing and distilling industries or who wish to join those industries.

What is important is not so much how long you live as whether you live a meaningful life. This doesn’t mean accumulating money and fame, but being of service to your fellow human beings. It means helping others if you can, but even if you can’t do that, at least not harming them.
