Paypal is SHUTTING DOWN COMISSIONS. No more lewd commissions. Multiple reports of artists getting notices like these. This follows on the heel of Kickstarter saying Stripe is shutting down lewd kickstarters too. It's out of their control.

@Mimpusheenuwu @Cutie__Factory PayPal can NOT act like a bank in your country because it has never been a business registered as a bank anywhere in the world. People might hwve THOUGHT it was a bank, but that is wrong and why lots of people are loosing lots of money due to account issues.
