This morning, @pandadoc reached out to me to tell me that, despite our contract having unlimited document sends, they will begin charging us for our @zapier usage for automatic contract generation and sending, which is quite literally the only reason we are on their platform.

@SouthwestAir Can you tell us the real problem going on here? No one believes you and that is going to hurt your reputation a lot more than being honest here. You just cancelled my family PHX-Portland trip in 3 hours. Please call me- your phones are locked up over a 3 hour wait.
