1⃣. The systematic collection of gender disaggregated data is still not the norm. 2⃣. There is a continued lack of robust monitoring & evaluation of gender & human rights impacts of #CT& #CVE measures & programmes. 3⃣. Gender is still being treated as synonymous w/ women.
