@rivathinker@midwestbimbo To be clear, Im talking stuff like a toaster where if the toaster is off there no electricity being used whether you plug or unplug it. Microwaves and stoves have tiny amounts of electricity being used for the clock but even then its really barely noticeable
so many people laughed at me for not turning on my lights at night and just using candles in my apartment but guess who’s electric bill is only $24……..
@RockwellsVision@Taro_of_Agartha Im not muslim and I dont eat much anyways. But no water for a month while you work physical labour is hard, Ive seen muslims do it in the army too which is even more impressive
Working any blue collar job on 1500 calories of foodstampcorp turky samiches is unironically physically impossible, like thermodynamically impossible lol.
@HomoTenacis@kartosiewicz Montrealers hate French because the are colonizing one of the best neighborhoods and since they are white everyone feels comfortable bashing them
@Alex88569055@lyfscraft Exactly, you’re a foreskin. Go back to sucking off the general in the job site trailer. And while you’re at it, order a tugger.
Blue collar is just as mind numbing as white collar, the difference with blue collar is you also destroy your body.
Spend a week being a handyman “makin a good livin” in some shrews basement and you’ll quickly see just how terrible it is.
@lyfscraft Couldn’t agree more as a journeyman electrician. All the harping about “young men get you a trade” is annoying. Waking up at 4 am and 5 am blows. I want to kill people and take their stuff and their women.
