@gewawd @rashadeeez @avstorm If you take away either the words or icons. Which is more accessible. Words is more accessible. Icons are an accessory on personal computers. Icons are only universally used in international public spaces like airports when you can’t personally change the language.
English

@Alex8ndr @rashadeeez @avstorm it acts as an Accessibility feature for some people.
hope this helps!

@elielAGI @angeljimenez It’s just programmed to give you the right answer for off cases. I’m sure we have moved on beyond pure ai and programmatically funnel any easy math with math answers.
English

@angeljimenez and it's using gemini
maybe gemini isn't that bad? and it's just about the tooling and finetunes
English

@rashadeeez @avstorm You don’t need every single item to have an icon. Icons in this case help highlight high use items.

I’m hiring exceptional software engineers for my team at @SpaceX.
We are a small team based in Redmond, WA (onsite) that owns key parts of the @Starlink user experience: Starlink.com, the mobile app, customer support, AI integrations. No PMs. No designers. You ship from day one to millions of customers.

@morrisseywldcat @crazyclips_ @Sc0tty_Boom @CaravanWD Normal in the Quebec area. It’s mostly French speaking.
English

@crazyclips_ @Sc0tty_Boom @CaravanWD, is this normal in Canada, or is this just passive-aggressive foid behaviour behind the veneer of authority?

@notkosta5 @Sudes65192684 The GTA5 FiveM community would love it though.

@NotiPlay_ Isn’t unreal used for movie production so not totally unnecessary.

@UliCritter @WONDEROUSW0MAN She isn’t aware of a war. She should really be saying “what war?” Or “what avatar movie?”
English

making her actually say “there is no war in ba sing se” completely goes against her character. these writers are actually fucking stupid.

@_brivnii @VadimYuryev If you take a quick look at what Valve (Steam) has done. They have open the doors for Linux gaming. So you could play games on a Mac with far more efficiently than a windows in the near future.
English

@VadimYuryev What’s the price difference in these two computers.
Razer does actually play games. Might be the move

@adcock_brett How does it get constant power? Is it a simple cable and if so is that method going to be used for production.

Details on what's going on:
> Our original goal was an 8-hour run - we wanted to run nonstop and fully autonomous. Since then, we made the decision to keep the party going. We’re now over 48 hours of nonstop autonomous operation without a failure to perform the use case. This is uncharted territory
> The task is small package sorting. F.03 detects the barcode, picks up the package, and reorients it barcode face-down onto the conveyor
> Humans average around 3 seconds per package. F.03 is now around human parity. The robots are reasoning directly from camera pixels in the robot head
> The robots are fully autonomous running Helix-02, our in-house neural network running entirely onboard F.03. There is no teleoperation - every action comes directly from Helix-02
> If the robot gets stuck or the AI policy goes out of distribution, Helix triggers an automatic reset. You’ll occasionally see this happen during the livestream
> YouTube commenters started naming the robots Bob, Frank, Rose, and Gary this week, so we added name tags to each robot
> If a robot has a software or hardware issue, it autonomously leaves for maintenance and another robot takes over. We run our labs at Figure this way to maximize uptime. We haven’t had a failure yet, but statistically we probably will at some point
We are now running this until a failure to perform the use case!

@Pirat_Nation They are just going to switch to creating motherboards for B2B and AI like everyone else.
English

Motherboard manufacturers are facing a crisis in 2026 as PC builders delay or skip new system builds.
A Digitimes report describes the situation as a collapse in the sector, worse than previous financial crises or the early COVID-19 period.
Asus, the market leader, shipped 15 million motherboards in 2025 but only 5 million units in the first half of 2026. It is now targeting around 10 million for the full year, its lowest total in over a decade.
MSI, Gigabyte, and ASRock are also projecting sharp declines, with some estimates showing drops of 25% to 30% or more compared to 2025 levels.
The main reasons are higher prices for RAM and SSDs
As a result, many builders are holding off on new rigs entirely.
I expect a drop on the price so will be a good time to upgrade

English

@vibridgerton I don’t know how the economics of that would make sense. That’s a lot of shipped air…? Something doesn’t seem right.
English

@GabeTognon @MarkKnd or each token doesn't actually profit and its near the end of the customer acquisition phase.
