Forza Horizon was so exciting to me because I thought the industry had finally "discovered" the idea of open world driving sims. 🐺
It was based upon FM4's engine. They were honest about the concessions they made, and why. The barrier-lined roads felt designed for a challenge.

There are two options
Number one, buy the overpriced steam key/console copies of Driver: San Francisco and burn your wallet
Number two, play my repack which has enabled uplay and deluxe edition exclusive content, restored console visuals and fixed character skin and cloth textures, save up your hard earned money so that you can buy games that are actually officially on sale (or even donate on my ko-fi heheheh jkjk).
