Anyone know of an R package that takes the summary output of a logistic regression, exponentiates the logits to ORs, and can make pretty forest plots? Can't seem to find anything-- about to write it myself

@Richard_D_Riley Is there any beautiful paper that discusses how to correctly plot calibration line and how to interpret it for prediction models having continuous outcomes?

FYI, optmatch is back on CRAN, now with an open source license! Incredible work by Josh Errickson to get this back up and allow optimal matching to be used by those outside academic institutions.
Noah Greifer@noah_greifer

In case you didn't know, optmatch has been removed from CRAN because of its restrictive academic use license and will remain archived for the foreseeable future. optmatch is used for optimal matching, including full matching, and MatchIt relies on optmatch for this functionality.

@Richard_D_Riley Will size determined by pmpsize be valid also for other ML methods such as random forest, GBM?
