I frequently switch between the two when one can't solve a problem while the other does it effortlessly.

This bill bans all manufacturing. Any CAD Software can be used to design guns, its math used to describe shapes. Which is used to design essentially everything now. G-Code controls CNC Machines and 3D Printers, its a series of coordinates that tells the machine how to move. No way to stop someone from making a firearm. Any type of computer controlled manufacturing in Washington will be illegal.
