13yrs ago I arrived in the UK as an immigrant from Poland. My goal was to establish myself in a new country and build a successful career. I spent 5 months searching for a job in a tough market. Eventually, I became a bike courier in a logistics business, an industry where I had some experience. Through years of determination and hard work, I rose to become the youngest senior operations controller in the company. But after a decade, I noticed a lack of innovation in the logistics industry, which had become outdated and resistant to change. Realizing that the changes I envisioned were too significant to implement internally, I decided to start my own business. In 2016, I took out a loan and bought a moped. And founded Medical Logistics, London’s only 24/7 medical courier. Initially, I handled all deliveries myself, focusing solely on medical supplies and implementing innovative systems for managing time-sensitive deliveries. This approach earned us an exceptional reputation within the industry. In 2018, my wife’s pregnancy complications highlighted a huge gap in the market for timely health tests at home. This led us to transition from a medical logistics company to also being a healthcare provider. By 2019, I became a fully trained phlebotomist, offering mobile blood testing services across London. Our business grew, focusing on exceptional care in both phlebotomy and logistics. The COVID-19 pandemic brought both challenges and opportunities. We invested in Covid testing machines, expanded our services, and secured a discounted office space in Mayfair, enabling us to offer urgent Covid testing. Our commitment to exceptional service earned us UKAS Accreditation and CQC Registration, making us a trusted healthcare provider. Following significant growth, we embarked on new ventures inspired by London’s MedTech innovations. ➡️ In 2022, we participated in a pioneering drone trial to deliver medical supplies between NHS hospitals, reducing emissions and easing healthcare system pressures. ➡️ In 2023, we opened Medical Laboratories, managing testing in-house to maintain high standards and reduce costs and wait times. ➡️ In 2024, Medical Laboratories unfortunately went bankrupt. Despite our efforts, we couldn’t cover the substantial expenses of running a lab and clinics. ➡️ In March 2024, I sold Medical Logistics and Medical Logistics Technology to my ex-business partner. This sale was necessary due to financial constraints and the need to secure outside investment. Now, I am building a new healthcare brand, BodyCheck. me. BodyCheck. me combines conventional healthcare services like GP consultations and blood tests with unconventional wisdom such as nutrition and homoeopathy, aiming to create a holistic approach to health and well-being. Perseverance and adaptability are key to overcoming challenges and seizing new opportunities. Even when faced with setbacks, the ability to pivot and innovate can lead to new and rewarding paths. If this Inspires you. Drop me a follow. I'll be sharing more of my story. And the journey along the way.

This is the DM YouTube sent me. I want to say I truly appreciate everything everyone did for me, but it looks like I'm not going to get this resolved. I won't forget what you did to try to help get my channel back. Seriously, just thank you so much. Best 10 years of my life.

If all my YouTube channels got deleted and I had to rebuild to $40K/month in 6 months, here's exactly what I'd do: • I'd pick a high-RPM niche and go all in. These pay $5-20 per 1,000 views. I wasted time testing low-RPM niches early on. The difference between $2 RPM and $15 RPM is the difference between struggling and printing money. • Post 3 videos per week, no matter what. Consistency matters more than perfection. My first 50 videos were mediocre. That's just tuition. You need volume to find what works. • Use AI for scripts and voiceovers, hire humans for editing. Scripts cost me $30/month with Claude, voiceovers are $10-20/month with ElevenLabs, and I pay editors $70 per video. Total cost per video: $50-70. This is half what it used to cost before AI. • Research outlier videos before making anything. I look for channels with low subscribers but at least one video with a massive amount of views. That's a proven idea. I model it, don't copy it. This saves months of guessing. • Hire from Upwork or Fiverr, specifically from Central and Eastern Europe. I've hired over 2,000 freelancers. The talent in countries like Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary is as good as the US but costs way less. • Pay freelancers on time and give them $10-50 bonuses when videos hit 100K views. Nobody does this. It keeps the best people working with you forever. • Once I find a video format that works, I double down hard. I made 9 videos about Jay Leno's garage once the first one hit. 6-7 of them worked. That's how revenue compounds. • Track RPM, CTR, and average view duration on every single video. If you don't know these numbers, you're flying blind. I spend 1 hour per week analyzing performance. • Launch channel two once channel one hits $5K/month. Same system, different niche. Going from one channel to multiple channels is how you scale from $10K to $40K/month. • Build for sale value from day one. Channels sell for 24-36x monthly profit. I sold one channel for over $100K after it made $100K in year one. Most people don't even know this is possible. • Use a simple Trello board to manage everything. One board per channel. Freelancers move tasks through the stages themselves. Takes me 15 minutes per day to manage multiple channels. • After 50-100 videos, cut what isn't working. If a format hasn't hit by then, move to a different angle. Don't fall in love with ideas that don't work. • Focus on the 20% of videos that generate 80% of revenue. Most videos will be okay or flop completely. A few will explode. Find those formats and make more of them. That's how I went from one channel making $10K/month to multiple channels making $40K/month while working 5-10 hours per week. Took about 2 years once I figured out the system. DM me "BLUEPRINT" if you want the full breakdown of how we built this.

Finally! My YouTube monetization is back after 6+ months of being demonetized. Huge thanks to @YouTube @TeamYouTube for giving it a proper review. That said, plenty of other awesome creators are still stuck waiting for a fair review. Please help them out!

@AdamNearIdaho @shogozyt @TeamYouTube Its more than that. YouTube or any other platform is a digital property. It takes years to build it and it can be lost overnight because of hacking etc. Think about this as a home insurance. You need it to protect your wealth- which in todays world is you virtual avatar

This is exactly why every serious creator needs an insurance policy to protect their account or channel, loss of earnings, and to have a legal support. Yes, this type of policy exists. DM me.

After almost 2 MONTHS, @TeamYouTube @YouTubeCreators @YouTube reviewed my case and confirmed the channel terminations were a MISTAKE, and the channels were restored. I’m extremely grateful to the team that took the time to review it and correct the issue. However, the channels are STILL DEMONETIZED, which is still affecting my business and the 15 people on my team who work on these channels every day. While I’m very thankful the termination was overturned, monetization being disabled is still a major issue for us. Hoping this part can also be REVIEWED AND RESTORED so we can fully get back to operating normally.

Even bigger irony of getting rich is that everything expensive isn't that much better than when you paid normal for it Many things are even worse (most expensive luxury hotels are guaranteed worse than regular simple hotels, I know I tried most of them now) The real reason you wanna get rich is not to buy expensive things It's so that $1M invested gives you 3% to take out every year with no risk, which is $30,000/year Which you can use to travel for $1000/mo on a shoestring budget forever without having to back to some desk job with a shitty boss Aka FREEDOM
@levelsio@levelsio

The irony is that traveling on <$1000/mo is way more fun than >$10,000/mo Luxury travel is extremely boring, comfortable, not challenging, sycophantic (yes sir) Travel on a shoestring budget you get inventive, are forced to meet locals just to survive and get around, have to hitchhike etc I like to combine cheap and luxury travel which keeps my brain from decaying and the contrast actually lets you enjoy both

Obviously in partnership with a leading mainstream insurance provider and a broker. Insurance is a heavily regulated environment, so it wasn’t easy to put all this together, but I did.
