@Aadam_Aziz @Paul1McNeilly @jkyleofficial @TalkTV @DrHWazir It’s cheap & easy to put other people down to cover up yr own unhappiness & dissatisfaction with life. Happy people enjoying their lives & feeling good about themselves do not go around putting other people down Horrible for you to be on the receiving end of someone else’s issues

Absolutely disgraceful racism from @jkyleofficial on @TalkTV. As the camera zooms in on me and @DrHWazir on the picket line, he sneers that “a lot of them have come into this country to be doctors.” He based this solely on the colour of my skin. I was born in the UK. I studied and trained in the UK and I currently work as a doctor in the NHS. My grandfather fought for this country in WW2. This is racist, demeaning, and utterly unacceptable.

@FreeNationTalk @Aadam_Aziz @jkyleofficial @TalkTV @DrHWazir Personal greed? They are loosing money going on strike for better conditions. Consultants are looking after their patients. The Drs don’t want this strike. Wes Streating seems to, how about if he cared for patients he’d put an end to the strikes, treat people fairly and move on

We shouldn’t judge you on the colour of your skin, definitely not. We should take the lesson from Martin Luther King. We should judge you not by the colour of your skin but by the content of your character. You are a person who puts your personal greed before care for and the safety of your patients. Let’s judge you on that shall we? How far the medical profession has fallen, shocking and very sad.

@peg_roger @Aadam_Aziz @jkyleofficial @TalkTV @DrHWazir Really, do not let the people with power and influence let you believe that it is wrong to stand up for yourself and withhold your labour if you are being treated unfairly. It is the working people that hold this country up. That should not be taken advantage of.

@Aadam_Aziz @jkyleofficial @TalkTV @DrHWazir Only white people except multi culturalism, which makes white people the most wonderful people on earth. There is zero multi culturalism in black or brown countries so what does that make them?

@Mason_Tomlin @Aadam_Aziz @jkyleofficial @TalkTV @DrHWazir Ok so if he was German born, bred, trained and been in the uk six months working as a Dr, potentially taking the place of a British Dr, but had pale skin. It’s reasonable to assume he should be here from a camera shot of him?

Do a lot of foreign people come to the UK to be doctors? Yes or no? I keep hearing how the NHS would collapse if national purists got their way and the data suggests between 40-50% of Doctors in Britain are Foreign qualified at the least. Are you a native of Britain, yes or no? Do you look like a native of Britain yes or no? Can you see the assumption? It seems a fair and accurate statement when the British people are being sustainably fleeced from every angle.

I don’t care what colour your skin is….get back to bloody work, do your damn jobs or join the benefits queue! NHS nurses are worth triple than you lazy scruffy sods. If you don’t like the pay that you AGREED to when you signed your contract then leave and stop thinking the rest of us will fund you for spending the majority of your time on a dam picket line! Enough!!

@DoloresTom27 @Aadam_Aziz @Letslaugh1419 @jkyleofficial @TalkTV @DrHWazir It’s easy isn’t it to lash out at people that look different from you & pin all your problems on them. Helps the people who are actually ripping you off too cause u don’t look at them & see how they are exploiting you Don’t blame the people who worked hard to learn to help others

I don’t care where you were born, you are absolutely not British. You were extremely privileged to be given the opportunity to study here… you should be grateful instead of striking and pulling the race card. Many people fought against the Nazis in WW11 … that doesn’t give them special privileges. What Jeremy Kyle said was completely factual. Nothing wrong whatsoever.

I do think, though, that subsidising huge businesses like Tesco or Amazon or whatever paying poverty wages by topping them up with benefits is a model we should be working to move away from. No one in work should need state support. Make the bosses pay.

@sharpeleven What do you actually have to do to really be got rid of by the Labour Party? Not hidden away and carry on regardless - properly got rid of. Apart from politely disagree with the Prime Minister that is.

McSweeney has not “gone.” - He’s still directing operations behind the scenes - His multiple appointments and parachuting-in of his chosen agents have a total grip on Labour - His wife is a Cabinet Minister - Starmer has to be programmed by McSweeney daily, only he has the code.
Jody McIntyre@jodymcintyre_

🚨Morgan McSweeney is gone, for now. But an MP who served on Labour’s frontbench has passed me details of an unknown and unelected group who “rule with a rod of iron” and are fighting to retain control of the party. These are the names of McSweeney’s “inner circle”: 🧵

@kelleherniall @corkyback @jodymcintyre_ Sounds like the perfect kind of person to groom into a position, not many friends, low self esteem, not found his tribe. Given friends, confidence, a purpose, told yr in the in club now& he got to work manipulating for them. Wanted to be liked &valued. Starmer seems like this too

@corkyback @jodymcintyre_ The last I saw of him John was when we did our Leaving Cert in Macroom in 94. He didn't have any close friends in school. He was a quiet kid, smiling to himself, harmless. Had no opinions in history class (and we had some good debates!). Some of us felt sorry for him with his dad

"How can Keir Starmer & his Labour Government be so unimaginative and lacking in boldness? All they need to do is look at how angry people are, look at how much people are suffering. Maybe they don’t understand it. Maybe they just don’t care." theguardian.com/commentisfree/…

@Councillorsuzie Including PPE worn by people who are ill or worried about catching something? Scarves in cold weather? If facial hair gets too long do we mandate that is cut as it covers too much of the face? Bridal veils? Fancy dress costumes? So many face coverings to get worried about

@BradC_84 @newstart_2024 It’s more than that though. It’s the value placed on food, time cooking, sharing meals. If food is seen as just a fuel to quickly consume and then get back to the business of earning money then it’s not going to work. Too many pressures on people’s time and finances

@newstart_2024 Don't eat processed foods and create healthy habits at a young age. It's not rocket science, but when parents in America eat junk food, their kids will follow.

Japan got rich without getting fat. Obesity rate? 4.5% in Japan 26% in Britain 42.5% in the United States Johann Hari visited a Japanese school (kids 5–18) and saw why: - From age 5, every child walks to school alone (and home again) — built-in daily exercise. - All processed food is banned. Every meal is made from scratch that morning. No packed lunches allowed. - Kids’ favorite foods? Broccoli, seaweed, white rice. When he asked the translator if they were trolling him, she replied: “We teach our children to like healthy food. Don’t yours?” Japan proves environment and culture shape outcomes far more than genetics alone. Daily movement + real food from a young age creates a population that stays lean even as it prospers. What’s one Japanese-style habit (walking to school, no processed food in schools, teaching kids to love real food) you wish we adopted here? Your take 👇
