I'm proud to announce I was presented the Service Medal of the Order of St John, in recognition of 10 years of volunteer service to the community. NSW Governor, the Honourable Margaret Beazley AC KC presented the awards on the 22nd of August to a host of St John Ambulance volunteers, other emergency services and members of the public who performed significant contributions in rendering aid during medical emergencies.

@British_Airways - disgraceful treatment Still awaiting payment from our 11 hour delay under EU 261. Don't bother telling me to contact Customer Relations, I have on 4 different occasions and haven't received as much as an acknowledgement. (1 disabled 1 infant 2 lost suitcases)
