I have recently discovered a burger joint that is 100% seed oil free, uses locally sourced ingredients (including beef), fries in tallow, sells their own marrow bones, whole milk custard, etc. Do you think we could pull together some institutional financing to help them expand?

@samdblond Way, way too much energy is wasted on Exceptions IMHE They can consume 20x the energy of a “normal” deal Better to put that energy into closing more “normal” Deals on time, using the ordinary processes
