IT'S OFFICIAL: The US marshals are going to seize James "Tommy" Fishback's 2023 Tesla Model 3.
Turns out that Fishback purchased the car himself but tried to hide it from the authorities by registering it in his father's name.
Fishback owes $229,000 to his former employer, and the Tesla will be subject to levy and applied toward satisfying this debt.
