Pls always look for this sign when buying/using any product; Be it skincare products, foodstuffs, etc. Sometimes it's written in words as "Shelf life". It's just as important as the expiry date. That sign indicates how long a product is useable after opening. A product may have an expiry date of 2025 but it's shelf life is 6 months (like the pic below), which means it goes bad after 6 months of opening. It doesn't have to expire before it goes bad....
