Paid £350 extra to choose seat with @cathaypacific. Plane change so did my seat. Got tiny middle exit row, now organs compressed and rearranged. Zero sleep. Premium price, lavatory views included. @Ryanair cabin bag gets more room. Extra Flex apparently means a flexible spine. 😡

You put a security person in for a week a camera. again the staff are at risk and thieves come in every day - shelves empty !!! Please give me new reference number - wow just wow

@AlexWorth Hi, Alex. I'm sorry if you're unhappy with the cost you've been quoted by your travel agent to change your booking. I can only advise you this is not something we would get involved, as you paid them for your ticket and the contract is between you and your travel agent. Neil

@BootsUK hi - so today I was in boots Fulham palace road and a guy came in and stole everything from the shelves, when I approached him and said you are stealing he looked at me and just walked out. I asked the staff and they said nothing they can do!!! It happens all the time!
