Houdini users have been asking for native 3D object tracking for over a decade. And it's finally here. KeenTools, the team behind GeoTracker for Nuke, Blender, and AE, shipped a Houdini beta this week. And I was able to get my hands on it to test!🧵

kind of dissapointed that some of the assets in the "Practise Footage" tab from @ActionVFX are behind a paywall such as the HDRI image (the actual .HDR) for the "Huge Robot Landing in Parking Lot".

@dami_digital only reason why i like ae is because it is faster to do stuff instead of having to place a node for every action you do. but then AE is very chaotic since its layer based and not node based

Nuke is next on my list, tired of comping everything in AE. I have used it briefly in the past but never stuck with it
