@pensionscanwork It's insane. I've seen a benefit statement for someone with only 2 years service to date and a guaranteed, increasing pension of £3,750 pa already accrued. That's a rough value of £75,000 in 2 years.

Our house in London is probably worth under the £2m threshold. But on a good day with an enthusiastic buyer, it might hit that? We put everything into getting it. No regrets. But interesting to see how ‘value’ is assessed. #Budget
