The way Candace talks about Erika and her memorial speech today vs. the way she initially spoke about Erika and the memorial speech should be immediately disqualifying for the notion of Candace as a credible source. She previously called Erika’s memorial speech the most consequential speech in history and an example of total submission to Christ. Now, she frames it as the complete opposite. If Candace has such a good BS meter and was such kindred spirits with Charlie and if Erika is such an “obvious psychopath” who was “obviously” just using Charlie, why didn’t Candace clock it way back in September? Or better yet, back when Charlie got with Erika? Or at any point throughout Charlie’s marriage to Erika? I mean, Charlie was still really good friends with Candace right up until the day he died, right? And Candace didn’t sniff anything funny that entire time? So is she not a very good read on people, or is she just a big fat flip flopper making it up as she goes along?
