Today’s peaceful march by anti-Ssekikubo protestors to and into Parliament is a good development. It was such a great moment seeing Police officers cordially accompanying them into Parliament. It showed that Uganda Police has taken lessons from Kenya Police on how to respect freedom of expression. So, for those who had worries about the 23rd July anti-corruption protest, Police has proved you wrong. Just prepare your placards in peace. Kudos to @PoliceUg 🌺
