Every time a high school football player runs a terrific time in the 100 meters, they suddenly get recruited. Coaches know 100 times in track are legit. If you're fast, run track. It leads to the bandwagon effect. One offer after another.

Week 3 of Transformer Bar as our Main Squat for our Line Group. 10x2 starting at 75% a bunch of guys ended over 500lbs for a double. The Transformer Bar has been a great addition for us improving our Stability and Brace on the Squat. Huge Transfer when we go back to Staight Bar.
