@trw_tate So you guys has charged my account after 10 monthsvof cancellation. Your support team said it was a glitch that we charged you for April 2025, and that payment will be refunded in 10-15 days. Instead of getting my money back, I have been charged again for May '25.

By golly, it's a Christmas miracle! I've had a paper accepted after major revisions where R2 went from "reject" in round 1 to "accept with minor revisions" in round 2, as well as using the word "love" in their review opener. 😱 Happy Friday, everyone!
