so, plan for me is to do the following since my coinbase account is banned:
-get funds off coinbase, put some in bank some in bitunix (i can't yet, funds still tied up unavailable in cb)
-revert to v11mm, as we have a maker bitunix engine. (already done, and removed coinbase code)
-mm the fuck out of bitunix perps, and eventually migrate to HL

@nerlfield @Abomination81 @Polymarket I’ve been getting much highest latency consistently with the exact same infrastructure setup since v2 - do you know if the time in the window you’re firing makes a big difference on the latency?
English

@Abomination81 @Polymarket did simple experiment to avoid being filled and just measure rest latency: ran bot to put gtc on 0.01 price, every 50ms, on a few 5m btc markets. Here are stats for place/cancel latencies.

Lets fix your Polymarket bot.
Now that V2 is out and I've transitioned most of my bots I have time to help some people out.
The rules. Give a TLDR of what your bot does, and what the issue is. More details the better.
Try and ask specific questions.

No liquidity. Dozens of good strategies die because you cannot sell/buy the shares. If you make enough bots it happens to everyone.
There are a few ways around this. This is my strategy to manufacture more shares.
1. Naked Sells.
You do not need to own the share to sell it. Usually liquidity is paired (the buy shares are actually the sell shares too) but not always.
How you use this is pretty simple... Buying one side is the same as selling the other.
2. Split Shares.
This is more complicated, but arguably more useful.
You can split $1 from your wallet into 1 up, and 1 down share. The shares themselves have no value.
This means if you split and do nothing, when the window ends it resolves as one as winner, and you haven't sold either side, you get your 1$ back.
So the example is, you want to buy a share at 62c but there is no liquidity there.. or not enough.
You know this is an issue so when the window opened you pre-split 10 shares... now they are sitting in your account.
You can then list them for sale, gtc or fak at 38c. If they sell, you are left with the opposing share, at 62c. Therefore manufacturing 62c shares.

@PixelsNTing @Abomination81 @Polymarket What’s your latency on getting their trade signal vs. when they get their order matched?
English

@AliInMotion @Abomination81 @Polymarket Custom Python setup at the moment. It watches the trader’s Polymarket activity, logs the trades, then feeds them into my own paper/live copy-trader.
The signal capture side seems fine. The main issue is live execution, at the moment.
English

@Abomination81 @Polymarket Polymarket copy-trader. Paper: 1109 opens, ~$3k profit. Live: 58 fills from same signals. 313 FAK no-match cancellations (no resting liquidity inside 50bps). Book-depth gating helps but thin markets still kill us. Is there a smarter order strategy than pure FAK for thin books?

@thsottiaux Desktop app gets almost unusable with multiple long sessions/ssh sessions. Switching convos takes 10 seconds, typing gets delayed, etc.

Today, we launched browser use inside Codex to further close the build & verify loop for local development!
Now, you can ask Codex to build your front end, and test it like a user would by clicking through the app.
Codex sees everything a user sees through vision & checks the network/console logs to help debug & fix any issues that it finds.
This change brings us closer to fully autonomous coding agents that delivers high quality and tested changes.
Watch Codex test my app in the browser, catch & fix a real bug, and doing that loop again with a brand new feature.

@Abomination81 @SheikhSilicon @Polymarket @mustafap0ly @PolymarketSport 3 days of green on a 5 min bot test and most gains wiped out with consecutive last second flips today :/
English

@SheikhSilicon @Polymarket @mustafap0ly @PolymarketSport Not sure, I've had bots running since right after they opened the markets. This all happened today for me, they changed something.
Mine was even worse, it was above strike the entire window and resolved down by 1c magically

Something different. @k9q2mx4l8a7zp3r" target="_blank" rel="nofollow noopener">polymarket.com/@k9q2mx4l8a7zp…
