The second US Iran summit is likely to take place in Pakistan early next week.
The first summit happened in Islamabad Serena Hotel. Hotel spent lot of money for hosting the summit. The hotel owner is telling press no one has paid for the cost incurred by him for summit. In simple words, nobody is settling the bill.
These are usual Pakistani things.

When the first round took place in Islamabad, Pakistani side was very confident that the deal was very close but that wasn't to be.
This time, however, in order to ensure that the second round/final round does produce the ultimate result, a lot of work is being done behind the scenes before both sides actually meet.
