@IrishRail why bother with booking seats then to announce sit anywhere as system not displaying!! We all have our seat numbers on our tickets, why can't people just use those to sit in their allocated seats??? Our names are not displayed on planes and that works just fine!!!

@IrishRail Carlow to Dublin, 10.15am. We have seats booked for friends getting on in Athy, it's a day out for the kids and now it's just stress trying to keep our booked seats! Could the announcement not be - please sit in your booked seat as per your ticket???? Not a free for all!
