Fascinating discussion on @zincvc inclusive innovation webinar - instead of a tickboxing exercise of gathering ppl’s characteristics, perhaps it better to ask if ppl are interested in learning more or getting expertise on areas such as race, ethnicity or sexual orientation.

@BBB_Insights is an exemplar of knowledge exchange. @UnitedStSaviour team learnt about co-producing an outcomes framework with users. As we develop our #almshouse Appleby Blue model, these learning are valuable in how our residents can be architects of their health outcomes.
