@C22Hnr @RichardMathias3 @TUIUK We were on the flight back. It was delayed 13 hrs. They left us at Larnaca airport for 15 hrs , no hotel . 13 week old babies, people in wheelchairs. It was disgusting

@TUIUK 5 hours into our delay at Manchester airport to Larnaca, you have communicated nothing, your staff have disappeared,your service levels are comical. What are you doing to help your customers?Stop taking us for granted, this lack of service is disgraceful
