People who are patient and public involvement reps/leads in clinical trials….. I’m after recommendations for training for people new to PPI (the PPI member not the researcher), about the role, expectations etc. Any tips?

A sparkly thing! Delighted to receive this, partly because of who made the nomination (a person of whom I’m in awe) and because this is a school where I’ve been openly critical of leadership in the past. Hopefully this means a more collegiate way forward to a positive future!

@GawenJenkin Is the farmer growing them to mill for animal feed ?

I realise this is a rather dull/niche question, but can someone explain wtf is going on with these fields of broad beans near us. Plants are defoliated and/or blackened. Pods are at best finger sized. Has farmer abandoned them, or are they still harvestable?
