Have you ever played Azure Dreams for Game Boy Color? It’s a roguelike RPG where every dungeon run is different, and if you fall in battle, you lose almost everything. Between runs, you build up your town, collect monsters, and slowly grow stronger with each attempt.

@SwankProf @FantasyAnime The quality of Trials of Mana isn't high enough for Chrono Trigger. I liked that game, but I'd want more

@FantasyAnime They need to make the remake in the quality of the Trials of Mana remake, keeping the Toriyama art style. Great example of translating a 16 bit game to 3D.

コミックボンボン1994年10月号に付属しているFF6ジオラマポスター。FBコレクションの宣伝用のジオラマなんだけど、かなり力が入っているよ。魔導アーマーやベクタ、飛空艇の甲板などは、おそらくこのジオラマの為だけに製作されていそうだよね。こういうのを見るとワクワクするね！ #ff6

@Rothmus Should retro games be judged under the conditions they were released as or with modern emulation / upscaling? OOT originally only had 320x240 pixel resolution and ran at ~20 fps with the occasional slowdowns and CRT blurryness.
