@SenPaterson Only thing is Tony Burke is NOT the man to have an input into ASIO operations, and I doubt he will have much say anyway. We needed you in this position, James, but now we are going into what appears to be a major war cycle, with the clowns at the helm.

A significant admission from the Prime Minister today that the national security architecture he put in place failed during the Dural caravan incident. It was always a mistake to dismantle the Home Affairs portfolio as Labor did after the 2022 election.

@mu59432643 Why - see one swearing in and you've seen them all - somewhat like paint drying.

What a disgrace the ABC coverage of Labor’s swearing in of Ministers today was, disrespectful to the Gov and disrespectful to the viewer. Another complaint sent and I’ll bet another complaint ignored by the ABC. It’s time for a concerted effort to push for a review at the ABC.

@MayneReport The #ABC is a far left biased government funded media outlet. To be honest the ABC is a hot bed of socialism who have no idea about balanced & factual reporting. No wonder the ABC has very few viewers. #defundtheABC

Australia’s most biased newspaper leads its Media section today with a headline calling for a review into ABC election bias. Yawn, so predictable, hypocritical and wrong.

SO #insiders spends the first 15 minutes smashing Labor cabinet selection processes. This is despite the Coalition being destroyed and the Greens crushed. When are they looking at that?

I get why the Nationals are shitty with Jacinta Price, but I just want to spend a minute celebrating a woman who owns her ambition. Too often female confidence is interpreted as hubris. She’s better qualified for high office than most of the schmoozers, plodders, and machine men in politics.

Zoe Daniel and her volunteers ran a good campaign in Goldstein. What a disappointment to see a Liberal party hack like Tim Wilson narrowly voted in by the people of Goldstein. They now have Tim Wilson for 3 yrs - good luck with that.

@TonyHWindsor Tony what you from the far Left have to realise it’s not racist to tell the truth. Sky is telling us the truth … the Left can’t handle the truth. It’s all about Homeland Security.

Tim Wilson can’t do any harm now, not enough Liberals left, he’ll just be getting paid to do nothing for three years.

The election is over…Australia is well positioned to enhance its reputation in Asia. Australia is not well positioned in the Middle East by blinking for political purposes on Netanyahu’s genocide.Time to stand up on this issue.

Congratulations to @AlboMP on last night’s election victory. As we Liberals reflect on a shattering loss, two things matter. First, we mustn’t lose heart. We have come back from demoralising defeat before. Second, we mustn’t sell our soul. We won’t win elections or govern effectively as an echo of Labor. Soon enough, given all the challenges our country faces, a political movement that cherishes freedom, respects tradition, encourages individual enterprise, and that values all of our citizens equally will again be called upon to lead.

To all my fellow American raised and practicing Catholics, are you cool with this? Is this just funny stuff that everyone is laughing at? I follow a lot of Catholic priests in this platform. I wonder if there will be any response at all to this.
