A friend of mine saw how I’ve been selling cars for others, so he asked me to help sell his car because he wants to upgrade. I told him I would charge ₦100k to post it. He then asked why I don’t charge others and why I’m charging him. I reminded him that a few years ago, when I was still coming up, I begged him to patronize me, but he didn’t. The same people he bought the car from have been trying to sell it for him for months without success. I then went ahead and showed him that I already have a potential buyer for his car on my WhatsApp, and he was speechless. So tell me… am I an “overwise” dealer?
